We harvest the Douglas Fir Spring Tip tea from the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. It’s a stream-side hike in a cup, roofed by clean and crisp evergreen and dappled forest sun
To enjoy HOT:
Bring 8 oz of water to a simmer (boiling water = burnt tea!), place tea bag in a heatproof mug and pour in hot water. Let steep for 5-10 minutes.
To enjoy COLD:
Bring 56 oz of water to a simmer (boiling water = burnt tea!), put 6 tea bags into room temperature glass pitcher, pour hot water over tea bags into your pitcher (be careful not to burn yourself on the hot glass), cover with lid and let steep for 40-50 mins, place pitcher into refrigerator for 24 hours for maximum coldness OR until chilled to liking.
(add ice to your guests cups and not your pitcher as the ice will water your tea down and take away the aroma as well as the deliciousness!)
Amat Victoria Curam – Latin for “Victory Loves Preparation” ~ Once your tea is prepared you and your guests can indulge in the victory of tasting the best tasting tea your taste buds have ever tasted!
